You are imposing your belief system upon your target list. 

Because I asked this first question I was able to very quickly agree on another time to call back and didn't create any unnecessary ill feelings.

Its (in my opinion) over priced and unnecessary for my needs.  

Unnecessary costs like this could cost you in the long run or short term.In conclusion more information is required to give you the best information.

This would open you up to unnecessary risk.Owning the homes in your personal name & having an insurance policy is the best plan of action for someone in your situation.

The topic is where the most detailed info is, and to be able to search ONLY topics for the word "phone" would give me an incredibly shorter list, be able to get me the info needed, be able to spare the forum another unnecessary post, and make everyone happy.So, how about it?

I vote to make more money and save on the unnecessary added cost.

My guess is that folks have time to kill with unnecessary calculations to keep their nerves in check or to put smiles on their faces.

There are a bunch of references to the statutes, that I am REQUIRED to include a copy of that with the lease.THE LEASE IMPOSES IMPORTANT LEGAL OBLIGATIONS.
