Fail so many times and in so many ways that failure is as close to them as or closer than their brother.The immense majority of the people I meet cannot look a stranger in a suit in the face and say, with zero hesitation and good humor, "Oh yes, I am a failure in life.

REI is not all sitting on the beach drinking mimosas, or spending all of our time with family, it can bankrupt you, and cause an immense amount of financial hardship which can wipe out a lifetime worth of savings. 

That could be immense help.  

It’s quieter than Colorado is, and it’s great having the immense amount of climates in one state.

Everything has gone down in price immensely.

I really had no bandwidth available, and if the tenant did not have insurance, the situation would have been complicated immensely.

So my 9-5 job has helped me immensely.

It's also appreciated immensely over the last market cycle, which doesn't mean it'll crash hard.. but I still believe in gravity.
