If they are willing to help, you can tell them that they can advertise the property in places that you are not; to help you find a tenant.

For context I have a tenant who has been in the property for close to 10 years.

It is a program that they do everything for you from finding the property, rehabing it, renting it or selling it in Philadelphia. 

I have been going through this thought process recently running some numbers to on a few investment properties for my wife and I.

Hello everyone, I have been buying properties in OR and TN and am looking to expand into NW Arkansas after reading up on landlord laws and recent growth in the area.

Has anyone added extra bedrooms to a multi-family property to increase rental income?
