If it’s under mutual terms you may both end up happier. 

I also end up with a tenant who is happier, feels more secure, and who hopefully will stay longer. 

It'll be cheaper and people will be happier.

She will still be miserable in a year and you’ll be happier to have or that far back in your rearview mirror.

The more time you can spend with your kids the happier they and you will be. 

Get the fastest Wifi  available in your area if you can afford it and people will be much happier just streaming on their laptops and tablets. 

It lowers the renters costs which helps you because they are a happier tenant then someone paying $400 electric bills in the summer.

You might have a happier time selling and moving in with your son or buying the RV.It's also possible you could sell for more than you think, which would enhance your options if you decided to sell (nicer RV, more money for a rainy day, etc.).
