Does anyone have any recommendations for a lawyer in Michigan, preferably the Grand Rapids or Mid Michigan area?  

I started out house-hacking a duplex in Grand Haven & transitioning it to an AirBnB.

In the grand scheme of things, the interest rates are still VERY low, but a 1% difference can be hundreds of dollars of difference. 

We are currently in the process of doing the exact same thing on another property in Grand Rapids.

Grand Prairie, Arlington, Burleson, Mesquite, Lancaster are all below I-30 and have great returns.  

It's just a 220 square-foot garage and no room to expand.Colleen, You questioned exactly what I wondered… I think new construction has to be 4 feet from the property line, and this is right up against the property line, so I'm not sure it would work.Many thanks again    Existing is grand fathered in most times.

I lived in Grand Haven/Muskegon 60 inch snow. 

I would have to pay to get out of my current lease which is probably only 2 grand so not a big deal.
