Where my head is at and my future goals with REII am very hesitant to sell off cash-flowing properties and have the voice in my head saying "if it ain't broke, don't fix it".

., but from a pure math standpoint in my mind selling definitely makes sense.But I can think of multiple turnkey assets in Reno, NV off the off the top of my head that would produce this.

So much i nformation out there that it makes my head spin and I don't even know how to start. 

Maybe it's because it's beaten into our heads as RE agents, but I'm particularly careful when emailing, texting or calling applicants.   

Also, many times the furniture is delivered by a company or shipping company, so if they're given a heads up usually they deliver to the door, but some may charge a bit extra. 

This is a very different model than the owning your own asset and managing yourself to optimize cash flow like in Short Term Rental Long Term Wealth, but it is a legit syndication.I have not personally invested with them but I know their head of data very well and I have seen that their underwriting is RIGOROUS.

Things still seem to be heading in the right direction.
