We have pictures hanging in every room, towels on towel hangars, tp, soap dishes, silk flowers in the kitchen and bathrooms, plug in scents on super low, etc, etc, etc... 

Once, I had an inspector pull out the fridge, and saw the outlet had a little crack in the outlet over and wrote me up.

Or find out where the returns go from your local big box stores- I recently found a Sears Appliance outlet near me and bought myself a dishwasher and one of my rentals a stove.  

Tenantagrees to mow, water, and keep the grass, lawn, flowers and shrubbery thereonin good order and condition, applying fertilizers and weed retardant as needed.b.    

I am sure there are some commercial outlets that allow it for some of the higher price points, but at least in the sub <$1M range I have not found a ton of luck.

The electric panel needs updated and some outlets fixed, and the hardwoods throughout need redone. 

got an inspection done on three family house. the inspector recommended rewiring all three breaker boxes due to multiple wires on single rated breakers at panel. and also outlets are not grounded. does everyone know how much will it cost to fix it?

If you figure it out, let me know.  

I got a call tonight from my property manager stating 3 things:a) There was no heat coming from the radiator in one of the upstairs bedroomsb) the water in the kitchen was dripping slowlyc) A couple of the electrical outlets were not workingI would have expected that the PM would have had someone bleed the radiators to solve a) since that was obvious, and have one of their staff check out b) and c).

In a duplex I purchased with tenants in it, the one side (who later left) had painted the bedroom RED with a yellow flower painted in glitter paint.
