On a downtown Main Street.

I'm currently working in project management for a commercial general contractor in the downtown DC area.

The town seems to have a lot going on especially in the downtown area.

It's in a high rise located on top of a hill with really nice views over Downtown and the bay.I am moving to Las Vegas at the end of next week and am potentially looking for a local property manager that can be trusted (hence reaching out to BP!).

A 2/1 in downtown Ann Arbor is like $1,400 and anywhere else is seems to be in the $800s.

I don't think we are quite at that level yet but I do like seeing the revitalization being done in both downtowns and the draw of big business.

Kannapolis has a totally revitalized town square, and a massive research park downtown that is establishing themselves as a medical research authority in the region with very low prices to accommodate investment.Waxhaw has some of the best (if not the best) public schools in the Southeast.

It's a large old house on a prime street in downtown.

I use to work in downtown Cincy at the P&G headquarters back in the early 90's-- it's a beautiful city. 

Glad I'm on the right track, even if I'm just at the beginning.I'll be working downtown, so I'm hoping to get something that's not TOO much of a commute.
