Make sure you download their Ultimate begineers guide (even though it says it is a benginners guide, there are alot of good tips for semii experienced investors as well) as listne to as many podacasts as you can .ken

:)I strongly suggest that you download the app for your smart phone and also you should find the BiggerPockets Podcasts and listen to All of them!

I have downloaded the Bigger Pockets Ultimate Beginner's Guide to Real Estate Investing.

Brandon Turner has an Investment Calculator file available for download here in the file place under the resources tab.

I also download several of the podcasts to listen to, even while at work, ha.I am not as interested in flipping, so I have focused more on Landlording, even getting the "Landlording" book by Leigh Robinson (pretty good overall).

Right now one of his books is free on Amazon (Kindle edition) and I also downloaded it and read it.
