And eventually or even now, go to Real Estate Events all around Chicago, most of them are free and you can find the events on Meetup.com or Eventbrite.com (my company also hosts a lot of events every month that are free @A&N Mortgage which you can find on Meetup.com).Good Luck!

It just makes life easier - they shop a variety of insurers and are more easily able to compare apples to apples because they know how the various companies present coverages.

Most serious and qualified tenants are searching on the major 3rd party platforms you mentioned + realtor.com, redfin, and a few others.Apartments.com & homes.com are owned by the same company and may offer some additional marketing options.Another strategy to consider here is social media - video marketing.

I'd also partner with a lending company that understands how this is going work, and what your plans are.And last, but not least, I'd partner with a CPA to help navigate you to the ways of working this properly.
