Since you did not tell s much, I will make a few assumptions about your goals and what you are looking for and if you are concentrating long term or short term.

During the day things can look OKAY but at night the RATS come out to play.Did you look up the crime report for trends of violent versus non-violent crimes and how concentrated it is relative to where the property you were going to by was located??

Location, neighborhood, rate are few questions you need to concentrate on.

Between this forum and 4 forums on real estate and politics and a another one on crypto and other subversive subject matter it gets very time consuming and often I lose concentration on matters when I have numerous windows open for engagement.

Wealth concentration may be good for trying to grow wealth quickly, but it exposes you to a greater degree of systemic risk too.

I really find it hard to believe that you are working smarter not harder by just concentrating on deal finding if this is the only method currently being used, if not, sorry for bringing it up.I am still curious about the price of training?

You can't concentrate on your business if you are constantly providing interrogatories, attending depositions and hearings, providing exhibits and meeting with attorneys. 

I know it seems like nothing out in public is private anymore but allowing more of it to be concentrated in a single place just allows more "eyes" to capture every moment. 

You can also grab the seeds from the old sunflower heads and plant them in the subsequent year(unless the lead concentrates in the seeds, then I recommend not doing this.)
