I didn't have a problem with the increase per se but the way I had to actively pursue information about the process along the way makes me think about the entire experience in retrospect.

The properties will be inventory and all the activity will be ordinary trade or business and will be subject to SE tax - 15.3%.

Now, that hunch may be on the optimistic side seing that I'm probably one of the last few ones to get on board.

I use a black magic markers.....sometimes I miss-spell words or write it in Spanish, even though I don't speak spanish I can usually find a translator....SE Vende 4/2/2 Casa, mal credito....sin credito ok ect...I get better results than the newspaper or the local papers this way.
