And I make 49k a year after taxes and one of my cards just got bumped up 3000 dollars by itself and the other goes up 100 every month, and my DTI is good all I have is my rent, car, and cell phone that's not much I'm capable of putting a lot of money away each week

I've used McDonald once for a great price and they did great work but I've never been able to get him to even answer my calls (he's admitted that he thinks my cell is a bill collector because it's out of state.)

I had cancer a while back (treatable) but I had to get radiation which meant laying very still on a table and having them close a big door; the radiation techs were very understanding and would talk me through it and somehow I managed and after six weeks of daily treatment I barely had any panic. 

I can't afford the monthly payments, so I'm forced to defer payments again, causing this cancer to grow.

I tried finding a website that does a reverse cell phone lookup to determine her name, but everything that popped up charged for the service.
