Just today I had to see the police clean the blood off of the sidewalk from a shooting, not to mention the countless drug deals I witnessed.

A roofer came out and said roof decking was just thinner 1970‘s plywood so not as stiff.

The one thing they really couldn't get by buying was the Royal blood.......... until they found a willing Royal to give it to them!

We're probably due for a correction soon... but I'm long on real estate and I still think 2008-2013 were the good years lol (buy when there is blood in the streets and int he begining of a bull market.

Overall they really like both double and triple net leases  and are actively pursuing more these days as multifamily deals become thinner. 

Now I have a basis if they trash it and I know they'll have that $110K at some point so this is not like trying to get blood from a stone.

I've installed both, but I like real laminate better than vinyl planks, at least the thinner 5mm ones I've used.

Do your background check on people because a scammer could be lurking in the corner waiting for fresh blood. 

Sometimes there is a lot of opportunity, sometimes the opportunities are thinner on the ground.
