Obviously affordability is an issue but there seems to be plenty of choices out there. 

I never had the choice to join the military or the police/fire dept. in a First Responder capacity. 

It was beneficial to look at this but these are not ideal for me for the reasons I detailed to Nathan above.

For me personally I could / would never live in FLA or anywhere in the Deep south because of the humidity and how flat the terrain is.. although I would live in Charleston thats the only place for my personal choice..
