I'm hard pressed to believe that Lonnie Scruggs and other celebrity investors actually would have given their social security number to some stranger running a park.

I recommend meeting with an attorney to try to evict him. person attacked should press charges and call animal control. that will strengthen your case significantly.

Unless the place is really run down, I think you're going to be hard pressed to do any kind of cosmetic rehab that will increase the value of an appraisal.For the most part, as long as your current rehab was decent, you're somewhat locked in to what you're going to get on an appraisal.
