Hello, I'm new to bigger pockets, and I'm looking for recommendations for an attorney in the country of Greece, particularly the city of Athens.  

We have an initiative here that provides free attorneys to tenants to defend evictions.

One attorney says when he sues, it's both the owner and the LLC.

NOTE: We have a specific POA - power of attorney given to us to act on behalf of the loan borrowers with regard to THIS property and their loan.

More sophisticated and experienced investors, and those employing knowledge attorneys will understand that while not an absolute, a REG D offering offers some amount of comfort in that the sponsor has placed his offering on a more “sophisticated” level than an intrastate or general exemption offering.  

I am distraught, searching for an attorney who could somehow rescue me from an eviction record.

@James McGovern - when it’s clear they aren’t or can’t pay then our motivation is to get them out as soon as possible to get the unit rented to a better paying tenant.We serve them with a NTQ.We offer them cash for keys (the equivalent of our attorney’s cost, which is about $1500) on a tight window of time.We explain how bad having an eviction on their record is for them.Still, only about 30% take us up on it often citing that $1500 isn’t enough moving money.
