I can not be sure from your vague description of the cracks but since you are in a cold climate area what you are most likely experiencing is truss heave.

I have stood on the sidelines for years as I have had 99% of my questions answered by just casually searching through the forums.

It's a residential property in Honolulu, it stood out to me coz it was so cheap, I just dont understand why it's up for sale and there's a lease in place till 2024.

Unless you have room to increase revenue, the return does pale in comparison to what folks are seeing on the rust belt on the other side of the Great Lakes, but it looks fine when stood alongside the over-heated mess that is Toronto these days.

I figure that if a house has stood for 100 years without developing major foundation and structural problems, it will probably stand for another 100 as long as it is maintained properly.

I am also a beginner just starting out my journey on learning all about real estate investment and was wondering if there were any books that stood out to you that may be worth a read?
