I am sitting reflecting on my last year in 2019 with RE! I sold a 5 plex and invested into a RE opportunity zone in Atlanta, Ga via Crowdstreet. I did 5 flips. I managed 16 doors and passively own 72 doors in a partnership. I had to evict 1 tenant in court for beating up an elderly man so severely he needed surgery (a tenant I inherited mind you.) I have paid off my house worth $545,000 and have acquired massive RE equites. Very exhausting year, as I have a rigorous W2 sales job. But, you know what ? My greatest assets are my family! I know on BP we all have various stories and levels on RE experiences, but no amount of cash flow or money can replace my wife, my kids, and my 7 month old grandbaby! As you reflect on your year and your goals, think about your relationships, whether you have healthy ones or ones that need rebuilding. As you build for your future, think about your loved ones. I have come across several people recently that don't have loving relationships. I encourage you to forgive and work to build stronger relationships. I came from a broken home and always longed for family. I have achieved that wealth, and my RE endeavors are a cherry on the cake. Count your Blessings, no matter how great or small! Reflect and post what your greatest assets are, what you prize the most in your life? Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays my BP peeps! Todd

Mine is my relationship with God . My faith has got me through some really tough stuff this year . I’m also grateful for my family who stood by me in this crazy venture of mine .2020 looks pretty bright and i anticipate a lot of success in the next year . I have learned some cool new strategies in real estate and I’m excited to implement them into my business . Here’s to everyone’s continued success and remember to stay thankful and have an attitude of gratitude!
