I know I appreciate people / companies that I can use technology with, as I can use it early morning before I start work for the day. 

I've been in IT (Information Technology) since I was 15 years old. 20 years later, I'm a software consultant for SAP.I've been intrigued by real estate for years and have finally decided to see what it's all about.

Also, being in technology, there could be drastic changes leaving me with no salary at all.  

It is not uncommon for a local ordinance to ADD further restrictions to a federal mandate.Depending on how warmly your local government embraces technology, you may or may not have online access to much of the relevant laws.

Now, I do think technology will help with the costs (sorry agents) just like it did for stocks and travel.
