Given your situation, I would say the odds of that happening are slim at best...it's just not worth it.In your situation you can either pay what is due (as specified in the lease), or out of courtesy, leave the place in move-in condition so your landlord can place another tenant as quickly as possible.Good luck with the new home.

Since you have a slim margin here, you're going to be cash flowing @ about $200/Month, if you have a big cap ex expense that hits you.
