We are past the inspection period on a new 3/2 flip house in McAllen. Under contract at 75k. ARV at 100K-105K. Original estimated repair cost at 15k. Decided deal was too slim so we decided to walk. Seller wanted to negotiate. We settled at 67K with buyer paying title insurance. Will add pics soon. Scheduled to close monday the 14th of january
