A lot of these little places are building-poor but land rich, eg. some crappy 2 bedroom sitting on a 2 acre parcel.  

Even so, in true Rich Dad fashion I'd like to ask 'How Can I?'

This community is such a supportive resource, and the opportunities for education are rich.

Investors and rich people do not own anything they control it by having it in LLCs and Trusts.
