I was worried about being able to make a living at it, just after high school I had occasion to talk with a big time attorney down in Texas who pictures of him shaking the hands of various Presidents. 

The president of NW REIA is Grace Widdlecomb she lives in the Southern OR area and makes the drive to back and forth to both location meetings weekly.

They said it was transferred to PHA, and then PHA said they couldn't do anything because the Council President had their eye on it for improvements to the neighborhood.
