It appears to have a limited amount of police stations using it.

If you don't start policing yourselves, letting greed fog reality, others will.

So maybe the guy will just get out, but he has put a new lock on the bedroom he took over and installed a mega TV she says.Police came out because they had a fight, but police that since he put a lock on the bedroom, it wasn't their concern.

Yup I'd go over there and examine it again yourself, and maybe ask the police if their is anything else you need to do..

I introduce myself to the Uber driver, and as we pull out of the Starbucks, a police officer pulls out abruptly in front of our car, and my driver slams on his brakes.

One more they won't tell you that a good experienced PM will: "don't buy this property because of X/Y/Z" or "this property is worth $$$", or "there is a gang that moved into this property last month and the police are nervous about the complex impact on the neighborhood".

You'll likely need a police report.
