Yes, your rate will be higher but if you run into a financial rough patch, you will have a lower minimum amount that you would have to pay.

I tried a small investment with patch of land over 18 months ago they just filed a nod Interest was paid for 16 moths loan was extended twice and now they backed out a interest payment I guess for filing fees.
