There were additional fees for the online proctor to watch you take their tests in order to pass the class, but those are the only extra fees I can think of. 

With a private room the costs are minimal to get started to test and see if it works then you can improve it if you’re getting guests.

I don't know of too many commercial lenders that will accept a 28% operating budget for all expenses, they will probably run their debt-coverage test at their pro forma operating expense numbers instead.

You have an exemption from the 60 hour class so all you need to do is sign up for the test and pass.

I do feel that stress testing a balance sheet is the only way to really look at systemic and catastrophic risk, especially in situations where effects of risk to repay is not independent.
