It's the guys with the big bucks that are able to try out the newest technology and innovative designs, then pieces of that creativity sometimes are adaptable on a smaller scale to more commercial applications and mass markets.

While he is a technology savant and will handle that for our joint efforts, he also has his own business and I will have mine.

BiggerPockets is a great site to get ideas, but to ask and see locals who implement the ideas, come to the local REIA, JaxREIA, where we have quick start meetings on 9 facets of real estate investing, from rehabbing, to finding the best property, to title insurance to technology in real estate.

. - I don't know what technology the forums are built on but it would be cool if they lend themselves to being turned into a BiggerPockets app.

Technology is there, we just need a better app

Our district clerk is pretty sophisticated when it comes to technology.

When there is a vacancy of any sort, it's not good for anyone.This new technology makes it easy to eliminate these vacancies.Enforcing the zoning laws will not eliminate illegal short term rentals (STRs).
