Hoping the Marine Base will keep things stable for a while. 

We are both Marine Corps veterans, she was stationed there.

For out of state, I like Las Vegas and Yuma, Az, however, I'm very open to any prime areas within a few hours drive.As for my career, I was in the Marines for 4 years after College from 2016-2020, and I've been working as a software engineer since I got out.I'd love to connect with anyone from SoCal, especially if you do any out of state investing, or really anyone who's interested in networking.

The Marine base is on the edge of Yuma headed out to the foothills so living in the foothills is easy access for either bases. 

(Being prior enlisted in the Marine Corps, I was also delighted to complete this deal without having to set foot in Twentynine Palms again.)What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

@William Green ahh Palm Springs the first nice place once you exit hell “Twentynine Palms” I was there for the marines.

I am an active duty Marine and I have met some other Marines from that area.

Another young Marine bought one from us, totally rehabbed it & then was hospitalized all due to PTSD.

Maybe this is the Marine in me, but serving in the military isn't like working for Amazon or Capital One.
