anybody flip in the Joshua Tree, Yucca Valley, 29 palms area?

I have just purchased my 2nd home in this area. I'm wondering if anybody else if flipping or buy/holding in these areas.

I'd love to net work with people who buy/rehab in these areas

you might want to consider liquidating some or building homes on them, new homes are going for record numbers if the location is good.  I just did an appraisal for 3 homes on 5 acres in the boulders, I appraised it for $750,000 and it sold all cash for $925,000!  insane insane insane.

you should really try to sell now, now is the time
