A good market for that could be in a college town, around healthcare professions, or areas where there are lot of entertainments to attract tenants.

As a lawyer (but neither a health care nor tax lawyer, so I may very well be in over my head) I took a look at tax court cases and found a consistent theme:  courts holding that real property is never considered to be "merchandise" and thus cannot be inventory. 

Also you could ask for the health care professional to submit a copy of their license .

They view society as owing them housing food cars phones health care etc just because they can still fog a mirror .they are supposedly destitute yet magically have enough money for lotto tickets , 8$ a pack cigarettes, and alcohol .

At the end of the day I asked the tenant to provide a letter from a health care provider, king county registration, and documentation form the vet show the animal was current on shots.

@Mindy Jensen more talk about healthcare hacking with geoarbitrage would be awesome too - that topic is pretty mind blowing/one of major worries for retiring early in the US - I've never really considered just moving!

Your health care will be covered and you'll be on a meal plan so if you really wanted to save every dollar you could.My recommendations would be: Don't buy some shmancy expensive car/ or a brand new car ie: Mustang, Charger, Jeep, etc-- don't go out to the bars every weekend-- when you do go to the bars don't spend money on girls.

Because of domestic partner tax laws, the portion of healthcare costs that my company pays for my DP is reflected as imputed income on my pay stub.

Have a few small business part time and am full time  with a professional health care major group for 25 years.
