Of course flood damage coverage is unique to the national flood insurance program, but basements can fill up with water from a lot of sources and I see them every week.ServiceMaster or similar companies are good but they charge a lot for work that's not rocket science.

It's pretty hard right now to cash flow on a MFR when your in one of the units because purchase prices have sky rocketed. 203k loans are a pain in the butt in a hot market.

Not to mention Denver real estate is sky rocketing so I can either be making money on an appreciating home or just keep renting at high prices.Really tough decision but I'm leaning towards buying a home here in the Denver area and if I move rent it out and get a home in San Diego.Any advice/insight would be MUCH appreciated!
