Most of the rentals are lower prices and the majority have some sort of move in special as well.If you want to get this rented you need to put in at least a stove and I would reccomend a dishwasher as well if the hook ups are there.

Those you need to clean first with something like an equal mix of Dawn, hydrogen peroxide and baking soda.

Turns out he incorrectly installed his granite counter top, causing it to crack in various places and leak from the sink and dishwasher, damaging the majority of the cabinets to the point they had to be replaced.

My main issue is that the dishwasher isn't close to the sink.  

@Ray ThorsenTime to check-in with the tenancy law in Wisconsin ... perhaps @Dawn Anastasi could shed some light on how to proceed in your state.Here, if a tenant overholds (does not vacate at the end of their lease or on an agreed date, then we have to issue a Notice to Vacate and proceed down the path of an eviction.
