@Christian Salvo Markets are super-specific...there is really no such thing as a "market crash"...during the last "crash" New York saw some of the biggest appreciation in history...diverse capital cities are insulated...rural markets are historically a safe play and weather "crashes" very well...San Diego will always have the best weather in the nation...people will always retire to Florida and Arizona.Looking at real estate as a "market" makes no sense at all.
