Even then, it needs to be calculated using the same methodology in each instance to provide an apples to apples comparison.  

I'm looking to move to the Big Apple (specifically Manhattan) and I'm looking to connect with as many BP members in the NYC area before I move over there.While I'm new to BP, I'm not new to real estate investing.

I was also inspired by watching some HGTV programs on Netflix last night and I really think this may be a field that interest me, I know TV is nothing like real life.I was also encouraged by Episode 113 of the BP Podcast which I have heard about 3 times and was only published yesterday and I was given a gleam of hope that I may be able to one day become a successful investor.

Look if you are living in America with running water and electricty much less heat, hot water and a refrig/tv you are living better than royalty a couple hundred years ago. 

The real deciding factor that I was waiting on for Apple was when they went with the bigger screens.

Essentially what happened was one of the largest independent publishing companies in the world found my music online and had me on TV within a day!
