Renting out the house doesn't sound like it will make money or break even every month, once you account for vacancies, maintenance, increases in tax/insurance, and turnover costs... unless I'm wrong there?

But you've had numerous experts in this thread, including lobbyists and lawyers tell you you're wrong, why you're wrong, and you continue to refuse the expert advice.

"I am not a good lender for this program, you should go to..." or "that seller carry on a residential transaction is not actually possible in the lending landscape of today" etc).3) Better rate, wrong program. 

If not, then I don't see anything wrong with considering removing windstorm as long as you've weighed all the options.  

These property management companies have their own Lawyers, If they paid me back they knew they are Foul playing, I play by rules and Expect the same from others , and I don't agree with people who are siding with wrong side and attacking back and also taking their grudge on others is far from being Professional rather they should not be in the jobs where they donot have patience

@Brooks ConkleAnd for sure be careful of those where the wrong name is called off. 

You could just pull them out and taper the soil on the slope down and plant grass.
