Few weeks ago i finished, Marshal Goldsmith's book "What Got you here, won't get you there" and during some point in the book, the Author mentions that he has witnessed 2 miracles in his life and that was the birth of his kids.

As others have said, photograph (with date stamp and a witness), throw out the trash, store the rest for for 30 days (or for the number of days required for the location of the property if it is not in Michigan).
