The real estate market is thriving here and has been since I moved down here two years ago.

And yet, California continues to grow, its economy thrives, its the innovation capital of the world and property values just keep going up.If I had a net worth over $30M you bet your *** I would be moving TO California for the weather, beaches, wine country, restaurants, etc., etc.  

I own my own thriving practice and have learned so much about the power of real estate over the years of assisting clients.

People will always need medicine and education so safe to say these industries will find a way to survive and thrive post-covid. 

What strategies have you implemented that've allowed you to thrive wholesaling during this time?

The thing is both supply and demand have decreased so far so we aren't seeing any drastic effects in either direction except for those that thrive on transaction volume like realtors, inspectors etc. 

I think anytime you're looking into a market/area to invest there's basic research that's necessary for you to determine if your investment will thrive.
