Seeking Investor or Realtor in Chicago

Hello. I am seeking an experienced investor (or a realtor to help sell) for a rental property in the Auburn Gresham Area near Foster Park . There is currently a tenant (Section 8 ). We would like to sell soon, as we are shifting our business and investment interests elsewhere. I appreciate any recommendations/referrals.

I am not located in the Chicago area, so hoping for a relatively quick sale.
