The agent I work with recently moved to Keller Williams Central Oregon and I've heard that they're drawing a lot of talent right now so it might be worth looking into.  

A talented CPA will ask you about your future plans for the business before advising which type of depreciation to take.  

I turn 30 this year and recognized that while I do important, life-saving work I make a pittance compared to my talents, skills, abilities, and frankly -- desires.I own a home in south Belleville, which was an emotion purchase based on the needs of my family member.  

If you can define an operator who offers all the aforementioned, you will gain on the years of expertise and talent in the organization, mitigate cost risks, increase ROI and enhance your efficiency.

I want to get into the business and would only humbly ask for knowledge and time in exchange for my time, talent, real estate services, or anything else I my be able to help with. 

So, we all have our talents and shortcomings. :)
