Say initial investment was 30k, can you add the hidden 2500$ saved in taxes to whatever the income earned on the property was to find the ROI for analytical purposes?

I invest in low-cost rental areas where you really do have to go street-by-street to find a superb deal.

(I believe this to be an analytics fail as I found this community through word of mouth and one I checked out the website, then these posts about MI shot to the top of the search - just an interesting aside.)
