ProspectNow is a good subscription data source for phone numbers of commercial building owners.

It might be a subscription service to do so or you can go through the court house directly.

So I lost all my saved searches, it costs more unless I do a monthly subscription AND I only can pay with PayPal and not credit card.Can anyone recommend a comparable service that has a user-friendly interface and is reasonably priced?

If they store in the cloud, then you are paying subscription.

I also look at the price of the audible book and if it’s more expensive then the monthly subscription, I’ll use the monthly credit for it.

Appfolio is a landlord software system.. just like buildium and others out there. subscription based and quite popular.
