Most docs and scientists forever thought the stomach was sterile...and BOOM, someone proves them wrong.Show me all the billionaire dentists and doctors.....then show me all the billionaire real estate investors. 

I'd imagine you could net more than $600 a month if you choose wisely when you get here, and you wouldn't have to deal with having a property a few states away (some people can't stomach that, myself included). 

I just couldn't stomach listening to it. 

Payments on each of these houses are right at $470 a month.I self manage, so no PM expenses.Just thought I'd share to show that absolutely horrible investment choices (before I knew about BP) can work out in the end providing you have the stomach and funds to weather the storms.  

I suppose if ultimately you can stomach the risk, and your investment turns out to be 0 bucks... who REALLY cares if your cap rate is 10 percent or 5 percent.

I had a HUGE pit in my stomach and was sweating bullets.

Hello,I am about to place an offer on a Short Sale that needs a lot of work (butterflies in my stomach) I obtained bids to get the work done and my realtor will submit them with the offer.

Some people have the stomach for a high risk/high cash flow area, some would rather have stability and less cash flow. 

All of the books are very insightful and have taught me so much about so many different real estate aspects and strategies.I have found that it is much easier to stomach the risks that you are taking when you know what risks actually exist in this world of real estate investing.
