I'd imagine you could net more than $600 a month if you choose wisely when you get here, and you wouldn't have to deal with having a property a few states away (some people can't stomach that, myself included).

Payments on each of these houses are right at $470 a month.I self manage, so no PM expenses.Just thought I'd share to show that absolutely horrible investment choices (before I knew about BP) can work out in the end providing you have the stomach and funds to weather the storms.

I suppose if ultimately you can stomach the risk, and your investment turns out to be 0 bucks... who REALLY cares if your cap rate is 10 percent or 5 percent.
