Hello all,I have a bit of a sticky situation with the guy that does the yardwork (mowing mainly) on my house. 

Will the courts see this as his asset and potentially look to sell and take profits to pay off other debts; whereby putting the buyer in court pleading for the home, and making sticky situation for all?
