I pay $38 to attend every time they have a great speaker.

There are only about four outlets on this circuit, and two are not being used as they are behind his couch.The TV, VCR, a clock radio and some speakers are also plugged into this outlet via a power strip.

Also, they have those little speakers that are motion-activated to sound like a huge dog barking...I'm going to look into getting one of those!

I haven't gone to the last couple, but they usually have a speaker on a different real estate topic each month, as well as having everyone introduce themselves and allowing anyone to present any deals they might have.
