I currently am using two different property management softwares, one for my properties, and one for my family member's properties and send a weekly invoice for my commission. 

i think throwing in some sort of an IQ test along with the application should be mandatory. 

Permit application was far easier than Escondido and Escondido inspections let you pick between am and pm but the request seems to be ignored.  

@Emory ClaytonSounds really fishy.Those applicants are a pass for me if it is happening on my rental.On my LTRs ,i strictly donot lease anything less than 12 months.

Also how long would I need to rent it out for to be considered applicable for an 1031?
