Set the speed to 1.5 to 1.75 and soak up the information for a few weeks.

It cost tens of thousands of dollars to install the rocks because we hauled away 6 inches of soil, put down 4 inches of crushed concrete base and 2 inches of rocks so we have very few problems with weeds coming up through the rocks and I think we more than recovered our costs in about 7 to 10 years plus we don't have to pay for grass seeds, don't pay for the water and no longer pay a gardener.

Since then, I have read numerous books, partook in multiple classes and listened to/read countless Bigger Pockets podcasts and forum posts just too soak in as much information as possible.

I'm in Ticonderoga, NY right now and I'll be moving to Glens Falls, NY in late June/early July.I'm basically soaking in all I can to add tools to my investing toolbox.
