These are professionals with additional training and a stricter code of ethics.

This unit was essentially investing with training wheels.

Jesus, he has been a train wreck for investors for over a year.....just google, past 1 month/year. 

You can probably get into performing on your own without too much hassle, but if you want to get into non-performing you'll probably end up working with a JV partner, a mentor or some training.

I'm located walking distance to the Greenwich train station, right around the corner from Equinox.  

I have looked into taking training on Yardi systems but haven't seen any available at an affordable price for someone not using it for a larger company.
