I'm going to use all the great advice and push hard for a resolution to this sinking ship.

2016 is here.One of my new year resolutions for 2016 is finally do my estate planning and living trust.I've got some questions for who have recently gone through this themselves.#1 Are most probate/estate planning lawyers well versed in real estate?  

So, listing these items is a negotiation point so that I get a fair resolution and everyone feels they are being treated fairly.

We found this property on the MLS and as the buyers agent, I was able to negotiate almost $12k in concession, and several items from the inspection resolution including a new radon system.

It is likely that along the way your operating agreement and resolutions will be scrutinized by a title company or lender.  

I would like to own a rental property before the end of this year, let’s say this is part of my New Year resolution list.
