Watch out for fine print that requires an additional fee at closing or takes a portion of commission from the buyer agent - this is a big red flag.Make sure you are able to make changes to the listing after it has been posted for a nominal fee.

I have read as much of the fine print as I can find and other than using a big bank, it doesn't seem like a horrible deal. 

I'd print off a sample list of places in the same area that are for rent and tell them here's a start. 

Thats why custom prints the color charts in stripes to place it between two pieces of your tile to see if it will look good.

I checked fine print, and that program currently excludes all large counties & cities - which have received their own funds and are running their own local programs (which my property is covered under).

there is a lot of risk for the lender to be stuck at such a low rate for decades when it is clear that there are many inflationary pressures on the economy now, with Govt printing/giving away money like Halloween candy. 

There is a ton of information already out there, in print or online. 

I agree with them, the construction is a bummer, but also I can’t shut it down for a year while they build… Granted, I don’t have a prominent banner in bold saying “CONSTRUCTION” or anything, but it’s there multiple times and even on photo captions.

In the left sidebar menu, if you hover over one of these documents, you can see a drop down menu appear where there's an option to not only preview, but 'print sample'.

Then print those out and email as well to the appraiser.
